Thank you for shopping with Bola HMC. We take great pride in crafting premium-quality, handcrafted leather goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns Eligibility

Because all our leather products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are considered part of the product’s unique character and not defects. However, if you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Gift cards or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bolahmc.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@bolahmc.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
